You ensure that export shipments and expectations worldwide arrive perfectly. As an Operations Agent Export, you are the driving force behind a smooth and flawless export process, making sure shipments depart on time and customers always know what to expect.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating export shipments from start to finish, you keep an overview and handle everything down to the last detail.
- Creating and following up on bookings with airlines and agents.
- Preparing and verifying export documentation and customs formalities.
- Tracking shipments, you immediately spot deviations and proactively communicate with customers.
- Handling administrative tasks and invoicing.
- Supporting the AOG Desk (Aircraft on Ground), acting quickly when speed is crucial.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in an enthusiastic and driven team.
What do you bring?
- At least 2 years of experience in an export role within air cargo.
- Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures, and regulations.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proactive, precise, and able to handle stress well.
- Works independently but also thrives in teamwork.
- Living near Aalsmeer is a plus.
