Our tracking portal gives you real-time insight into all active shipments — clearly displayed, without needing to call or email.

How do I get access to the tracking portal?
After placing an order, you will receive login details for our portal. You can immediately view all active and completed shipments. Have questions about access? Contact your point of contact at Aircargo.nl.
Can I also share tracking information with my customer or supplier?
Yes. From the portal you can generate a tracking link to share with your customer or supplier. This way your recipient also has insight into the shipment status, without access to your full file.
Am I automatically informed about status changes?
Yes, you receive automatic notifications for important status changes — such as departure, arrival at Schiphol, customs clearance, and delivery. Additionally, we always personally contact you in unexpected situations.
