Umami (always active, no consent required)
We use Umami for anonymous visitor statistics. Umami runs on our own European infrastructure (Hetzner), places no cookies, shares no data with third parties, hashes IP addresses, and builds no profiles of individual visitors. Under the analytics exception in Art. 11.7a §3 of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, no consent is required. GDPR basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Marketing
Pipedrive LeadBooster (desktop chat widget for business inquiries) and Leadfeeder (identifies visiting companies via IP address, for B2B lead follow-up). Both vendors are EU-based.
